Many factors outside our control affect whether and when a property sells, including price, condition, location, market conditions, buyer demand, financing, competition and seller decisions. Our role is marketing. We create a dedicated social-first campaign designed to present the property in a compelling way and give it a stronger opportunity to earn attention from relevant audiences.

Do you guarantee a certain number of views?

Will the content be posted on The Houston Move?

Not automatically. Purchasing production or a Property Campaign does not guarantee publication on The Houston Move’s owned social-media channels. The Houston Move maintains editorial control over its platforms. When a campaign is approved for publication through The Houston Move, the applicable campaign terms and distribution plan will identify that clearly. Content can also be produced for the listing agent’s own channels without publication by The Houston Move.

If I pay for a campaign, why don’t I automatically get access to your audience?

Because The Houston Move’s audience depends on maintaining editorial trust. We do not want every property appearing on our channels simply because someone paid for production. Paid production and editorial distribution are therefore treated separately. This protects the audience, the brand and ultimately the value of being featured.

Who gets the leads from my property?

For paid Property Campaigns, the listing agent is the default contact for property-specific inquiries unless another arrangement is explicitly approved. Before publication, you will review and approve the campaign’s: Contact information Call to action Listing attribution Lead-routing destination Nothing containing these details goes live without the required campaign approval.

Are you trying to take my buyer leads?

No. When The Houston Move is hired to create a campaign for another listing agent, the campaign can be configured so property-specific inquiries are directed to the listing agent. The roles should remain clear: the listing agent represents the listing; The Houston Move produces and markets the property story. Any different lead-routing arrangement must be explicitly disclosed and approved before publication.

Will people know who the listing agent is?

Yes. Paid campaigns should clearly identify the listing agent and brokerage where applicable. Example: Listing represented by: [Agent Name] | [Brokerage] Marketing & storytelling: The Houston Move Exact attribution is reviewed during the campaign approval process.

Do I get to approve the campaign?

Yes. Before property-specific campaign information, calls to action or lead-routing details go live, the authorized agent receives a campaign review. The agent approves applicable: Property facts Listing attribution Agent information Brokerage information Contact information CTA Lead routing Approval is recorded and versioned. If material information changes, reapproval may be required.

Can I tell you exactly what to say?

We welcome factual information, property history, seller insights and creative input. However, clients are hiring The Houston Move for creative strategy and storytelling. Agent approval of factual information does not automatically give the client editorial control over The Houston Move’s owned channels. We reserve editorial control over content published through The Houston Move.

What if I don’t like the first edit?

Reasonable revision rounds are included according to the selected package. Current included revision allowances — Property Story: one reasonable revision round · Listing Campaign: two reasonable revision rounds · Signature Campaign: up to three reasonable revision rounds. Additional revisions, major creative changes after approval, reshoots or scope changes may require an additional fee.

What if the price changes after we film?

Campaign information can be updated where technically and operationally possible. Changes to price, listing status or other material property information should be communicated promptly. Some changes may require campaign reapproval. Changes requiring new filming, editing or significant creative revisions may result in additional charges.

What if the property goes under contract before the campaign launches?

Contact The Houston Move immediately. Depending on production status and the service agreement, the campaign may be paused, modified, completed for portfolio/agent use where appropriate, or otherwise handled according to the agreed cancellation terms. Payment obligations are governed by the applicable service agreement.

What if the property doesn’t sell?

A campaign fee pays for marketing services performed and campaign deliverables — not for the successful sale of the property. Unless a written agreement explicitly states otherwise, the campaign fee is not contingent upon receiving an offer or closing the transaction.

Can I pay when the property closes?

Approved campaigns may qualify for The Houston Move’s deferred-payment option. Deferred payment is subject to approval and separate terms. Deferred payment does not mean payment is owed only if the property sells. Current deferred-payment terms: deferred payment is available on approved campaigns, subject to application, approval and separate terms. A deferred payment request goes through a short application, payment obligations are not contingent upon the property selling, and an outside payment date may apply. The exact terms in your service agreement govern.

Can the seller pay for the campaign?

This may be possible depending on the circumstances and applicable agreements. The agent and seller should determine the appropriate arrangement with their brokerage and professional advisers where necessary. The Houston Move should not represent campaign fees as automatically reimbursable, deductible or payable from transaction proceeds.

How quickly can you launch a campaign?

Timing depends on: Package selected Property readiness Access Production availability Weather when exterior/drone footage is required Editing requirements Agent approvals Requested launch date The project portal will show applicable production and approval deadlines. Client-caused approval delays may require the campaign launch to be rescheduled.

What happens if I don’t approve the campaign by the deadline?

We will never treat silence as approval. The campaign remains unpublished. Missing an approval deadline may cause the reserved launch date to be released and the campaign to be moved to the next available production or publication window. The system will send approval reminders before placing an unapproved campaign on hold.

Do you guarantee viral content?

No. Virality cannot be guaranteed. We use storytelling, creative positioning, hooks, production techniques and lessons from previous campaign performance to give content a stronger opportunity to earn attention. Some campaigns may significantly outperform others. Past viral or high-performing content does not guarantee similar results for another property.

Can you boost or advertise the campaign?

Paid advertising is separate from organic content production unless specifically included in the selected campaign or custom agreement. Any advertising management fees and media/ad spend should be clearly identified separately. Organic distribution and paid distribution are not the same thing.

Can I use the videos on my own social media?

Usage rights are governed by the applicable campaign agreement. Where agent usage is included, the portal clearly identifies which finished assets the agent may download and where and how they may be used.

Do I own the video after I pay for it?

Payment for production does not necessarily mean transfer of all intellectual-property ownership. Usage, licensing, editing, redistribution and ownership rights are governed by the applicable service agreement. The client’s permitted usage rights are displayed before purchase.

Can I remove The Houston Move branding?

Branding requirements depend on the campaign and intended distribution. Agent-branded deliverables may be available. Content distributed through The Houston Move may retain appropriate The Houston Move identification. Any white-label deliverables are specifically identified in the selected package or custom agreement.

Do you work with every property?

No. We evaluate properties and campaigns for creative fit, production requirements, timing and capacity. A property does not necessarily need to be expensive or luxurious. What matters is whether there is a compelling marketing opportunity and whether The Houston Move is the right creative partner for the assignment.

Do you only market luxury homes?

No. Interesting stories exist at many price points. Architecture, value, neighborhood, unusual features, lifestyle, design, land, history and buyer tradeoffs can all create compelling property stories. Campaign acceptance remains subject to fit and availability.

Do I have to be the listing agent?

Services should primarily be purchased or authorized by the listing agent, brokerage, builder, developer, seller or another party with appropriate authority.

Do you work outside Houston?

Our primary focus is Greater Houston. Other projects may be considered individually.
